Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. Once processing is complete, shipping will occur within 7–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that during peak seasons, promotional periods, or inclement weather, additional time may be required for delivery. Tracking is sent via email once your label is printed. You’ll also receive an update once your package is scanned by USPS. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Deva Girl Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury hair. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, please carefully review our return and exchange policy below:
All Sales Are Final After 24 Hours
All orders are final after 24 hours of purchase and are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges for Incorrect Orders Only
Exchanges are accepted only if you receive an incorrect item. To be eligible:
✔ Hair must be unused with the original seal and packaging fully intact.
✔ Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
✔ Curly textures must not be separated, finger-combed, or altered in any way.
How to Request an Exchange

Email clear photos of the incorrect item to devagirlhair@gmail.com for approval.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Please Note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

No exchanges will be granted for worn, cut, colored, or altered hair.

Deva Girl Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

Cancellation Window
✔ You must cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
✔ All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations After 24 Hours
After 24 hours, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation as they will have entered processing and preparation for shipment.
