Orders typically arrive after processing period (3-4 days). Once order has been processed shipping will then take place within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time during peak seasons, promotions, or weather-related delays.

Our raw extensions may experience minimal shedding, meaning you won’t see a noticeable loss in volume or density. As with any wefted human hair, a small amount of shedding may occur—particularly after the first shampoo—but this is completely normal and should subside after the second wash. To help your extensions last as long as possible, avoid heat damage, chemical over-processing, and moisture loss. Always apply a heat protectant before using thermal tools, leave coloring to a licensed professional, and shampoo and condition your bundles at least once a week to maintain softness and strength.

Deva Girl Hair is designed to be tangle-resistant. However, tangling can occur if the hair becomes dry, is not cleansed properly, or if heavy styling products are used. Buildup from sprays, oils, or insufficient conditioning can lead to matting. Regular cleansing, deep conditioning, and light, hydrating products will keep your hair soft, smooth, and manageable.

Absolutely. Our hair is known for its ability to blend beautifully with a wide range of hair textures. If your hair is too short or you’re concerned about blending, we suggest using a matching closure or frontal.

Expedited shipping is sometimes available at checkout. If it’s not visible, it is currently unavailable. We do not offer manual shipping upgrades post-purchase.

Each bundle weighs approximately 90–100 grams (3.2–3.5 oz). While the weight remains consistent, track lengths may vary slightly between bundles of the same length. For accurate volume measurement, always refer to weight rather than track length.

Yes. You can cancel your order, however it has to be within 24 hours. If you cancel, there will be a $25 cancellation fee.

Our raw bundles naturally range from off-black (1B) to dark brown (2), though some may be lighter depending on the donor. Because this hair is unprocessed and sourced individually, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. If you desire a jet-black finish, we recommend a professional color treatment. Color variation is not considered a defect.

We do not offer pre-shipping color services. Once received, customers may color the hair themselves or, preferably, have it done by a licensed professional. We are not liable for any damage caused during the coloring process.

Yes. Since our hair is raw and unprocessed, it can be bleached and dyed to a variety of shades—from natural hues to bold, vibrant colors. However, to maintain the health and longevity of your bundles, we strongly advise letting a professional colorist handle any chemical treatments.

Body Wave: Once straightened, it may not return to its natural wave pattern. Deep Wave: These will generally revert after straightening or curling, though the curl pattern may slightly loosen over time. We recommend enjoying the hair’s natural texture before applying heat for alternative looks.

With proper care, our raw extensions can be reused for 6 months to over a year. Some strands may be trimmed during installs for layering or shaping. When reinstalling, you may need to replace a bundle to maintain a full look.

We suggest washing your extensions once a week using sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoos and conditioners. Avoid products with tea tree or mint oils, which can cause matting. Instead, choose formulas that hydrate, detangle, and protect against split ends.

You can, but we recommend air drying or using a hooded dryer to preserve the hair’s quality. If blow drying is necessary, apply a heat protectant, use a cool or medium setting, and avoid over-drying. For curly textures, scrunch while air drying to enhance the curl pattern.

Weft sealing is optional. Our wefts are double-stitched and rigorously tested for durability and minimal shedding.

All orders are final (no refunds). However, hair exchanges are accepted if you receive an incorrect order.
