Return & Refund Policy

We offer refunds for items returned in the same condition as received, with the Deva Girl seal intact.

• If you no longer need the hair upon receiving it, you must send clear photos of the bundles to devagirlhair@gmail.com for approval before a refund is granted.

•Once approved, returns will be accepted for items that can be restocked.

 •You have 7 days to return the items for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

Important Notes: Curly Textures (ex: Tight Curly, Deep Wave, Body Wave, Italian Curly); Refunds will not be granted if the curls have been finger-combed, pulled apart, or manipulated, resulting in frizz.

No Refunds or Exchanges will be given for hair that has been worn, installed, dyed, cut, or made into a wig.
